TTArtisan April 2024 Photo Competition T&Cs

TTArtisan welcomes all photos from New Zealand photographers to be submitted to the TTArtisan New Zealand Photo Competition on the grounds that the following terms and conditions are adhered and agreed to.

HOW TO SUBMIT A PHOTO

Use the form at www.ttartisan.co.nz to submit your entry.

PHOTO ELIGIBILITY

Photos that adhere to the following terms are eligible to win the TTArtisan New Zealand Photo Competition:

Photos must be taken by the person entering the submission. The photo must be taken between 1st April and 30th April 2024.
Photos submitted must be taken within New Zealand.
Maximum 2 image submissions per person (in total). TTArtisan New Zealand reserves the right to refuse entry if the photographer has submitted an excessive number of photos.

PRIZES & JUDGING

The overall winner will be chosen by the TTArtisan New Zealand team and guest judge, Dice Sales.

Winner: A TTArtisan lens of the winner's choice!
Prizes are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
TTArtisan New Zealand retains the right to switch the prize for an item or items of similar value if the selected prize becomes unavailable for any reason.
Non-compliance with the competition criteria will disqualify entries.
For participants under 18 years of age a parent or guardian consent is required.

OWNERSHIP & USAGE RIGHTS

Photos submitted through the entry form for the TTArtisan New Zealand Photo Competition will remain the property of the photographer. The photographer gives TTArtisan New Zealand permission of usage for the image submitted in the TTArtisan New Zealand Photo Competition, through TTArtisan New Zealand promotional channels, and any other platform chosen by TTArtisan New Zealand with full attribution to the original photographer. By submitting a photo, the photographer states that any person shown in the photo has given consent for it to be used for the reason above.

You fully indemnify TTArtisan New Zealand against any claims arising from third parties in the event that your submitted image infringes intellectual, property, or model rights if published by TTArtisan New Zealand for promotion or acknowledgment of the competition and/or exhibition.

Promotion not affiliated or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any of their subsidiaries.

If you have any concerns about any of the images submitted, or would like to report a case of plagiarism pertaining to your own work, please contact us on our Support page or via our Facebook page.

The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Deadline for entries is 11.59pm, 30th April 2024. No entries will be accepted after this date.

Photo editing is allowed. During the judging process, RAW files and metadata may be requested to confirm authenticity and eligibility, and usage of editing software will be considered as part of the judging process.

The winner will be announced w/c 29th April 2024.
