The screw-in metal lens cap cannot be used without the filter holder installed.
Portable mode - with rubber lens cap
The lens includes a TPU rubber lens cap. You can use this lens cap when you don’t want to bring a filter holder and tripod to take pictures, which can effectively protect the lens.
The rubber lens cap cannot be used after the filter holder is installed.
